1. Do all language versions of a Pokémon card fit into the TCGmaestro frames & sleeves?

Yes, all language versions of Pokémon cards, whether English, German, Japanese, or Korean, etc., fit perfectly into the frames & protective sleeves.

2. Is the map included in the delivery?

No. The map shown is for illustrative purposes only and is not included in the delivery.

3. What options are there for setting up and mounting the frames to display them in my apartment?

Each frame has four integrated magnets on the outside, allowing it to be easily attached to magnetic or metallic surfaces – for example, your refrigerator – without any additional accessories.

Optionally, you can order a stand or a zipper wall mount for an additional charge of €1.99 per frame.

5. How does the closure work?

The three acrylic plates are held securely together by integrated magnets. Easy to use and no tools required.

6. Can my Pokémon card remain in a protective sleeve inside the frame?

Yes, this is possible. We'll send you a free Perfect Fit Sleeve with every frame.

7. Where do the frames come from, and how are they manufactured?

The frames are designed by us in Germany and manufactured by a specialized acrylic manufacturer according to our quality standards. Design and printing are done entirely in Germany in our own production facility. Shipping is directly from our warehouse in Germany.

8. Do the frames offer protection against UV light?

Yes, the acrylic material offers over 98% UV protection, ensuring colors remain vibrant. Prolonged direct sunlight should be avoided; in the shade, your cards are adequately protected from UV radiation in our frames and protective sleeves.
